I have launched a trial of the taxi booking system (TABS-4) for the past 4 months. The results are encouraging. There is interest in this new mode of finding a taxi. You can use this system to book a non-Comfort taxi and avoid paying the high fares.

What is the booking fee the commuter has to pay is not clear. If there is no booking fee I don't think taxi driver is interested?
Downloaded on my Samsung Galaxy Ace. Registered my telephone number and name. Since then, it says application has stopped unexpectedly when I try to login or register as customer.

If all else fails, you can delete the app and download again. Most users did not face this type of unexpected problem.
I face this problem with some other apps, and solve it using the approach recommended above.
Thanks for trying TABS-4. I am getting a taxi company to be interested to encourage their drivers to use it.
