Is SkillsFuture operating well?

51 % - A large part of the funds is wasted due to fraud and to disinterested workers.
30 % - Many workers attend the training courses to get the allowance, but are not really interested to gain the new knowledge.
14 % - In spite of the upgrading, many older workers remain unemployed.
5 % - It has helped many older workers to upgrade their skills and find new jobs.
