WOTC - Published version of COI report

I asked this question in the Wisdom of the Crowd:

How do you find the published version of the Singhealth COI report?

50 % - The COI should release reports on how the hack was done, rather than hide it as "secret"
32 % - I believe that something important is being hidden from the public. 
18 % - I am not satisfied with the allegation of "state sponsored" attack, which was described as "believe".
0 % - I am satisfied with the report.
