Should old hawker centers be closed down for renovation?

43 % - Instead of a full scale renovation, we should just carry out the necessary repair and replacement.
35 % - The renovation should be carried out quickly and be completed in a shorter time (say two months).
17 % - It is good to renovate a hawker center after it is grown old.
4 % - The renovation should be carried out in the evenings without closing down the center.
