WOTC - Head of sovereign wealth fund

Is it good for the wife of the PM to be head of the sovereign wealth fund?

54 % - It has many risks of conflict of interest and non-transparency.
40 % - There are other capable people who can be trusted and can act independently.
4 % - It is all right, if she is the most capable. 
2 % - There are advantages in making the right strategic decision.
