My parents bought their property 27 yrs ago on a 25-year loan. During those days their

chargeable interest was 3.75%. Statements of principal and interest that was paid off

were sent yearly by the bank. They calculated that in the 25 yrs they have paid an interest

of $770, 000. How does one calculate the Capital Gain Tax?

HP has a marketing problem. It sells hundreds of different products. Dozens types of printers. Cameras. Every kind of computer, from low-cost notebooks for consumers to huge enterprise-class servers. Lots and lots of software. All these products are sold to a diverse set of customers. From the largest corporations to small businesses, to millions of individuals around the world. Many of the products are complex, and buyers need details with a human face to help them along.
