Feedback on Noise Nuisance After 10pm

We have received multiple feedback on excessive noise generated from apartment units after 10 pm, which includes loud music and singing, shuffling of furniture, noise from children playing in the apartment etc.



Residents are reminded to be mindful of other residents who may need to have a proper rest at night and not to create excessive noise which may cause annoyance to their neighbours, especially after 10 pm at night.





Kindly take note of our Bylaws as follows:



“A subsidiary proprietor or occupier of a lot shall not create any noise on the lot or the common property likely to interfere with the peaceful enjoyment of the subsidiary proprietor or occupier of another lot or of any person lawfully using the common property.”



We would also appreciate it if you could ensure that radios, hi-fi equipment, Karaoke sets, television sets, musical instruments and other like equipment are not played at volume which could affect your neighbours.
