AIA Power Critical Cover

Dear Mr. Tan

Someone recommended me ( 62 years old) to buy the AIA Power Critical Cover. It covers 150 conditions for ALL stages. For $50k sum assured the premium is $4899pa. There is a multi claim policy of max 500% claim. There is also a surrender value at age 75 of 75% of sum assured ie $37,500 of $50,000. What is your opinion of this policy? Thank you.

Covid Vaccination Letter

I read a newspaper article that seniors above age 70 will receive a letter to arrange for the covid vaccination.

Many of these seniors already have SingPass.

I suggest that they be notified through their SingPass and not by a physical letter.

Only those without SingPass need to be notified by letter.

This will reduce the volume of physical mail by perhaps 50%.

It is time to move towards a Smart Nation. We should not continue with outdated practices!
