Back in my mind, I hope there can be a property big enough that can be leased by a group of like minded senior citizens, if such group of old siblings and friends can form a group to stay in such property and form a retirement village.

Each of the couple can rent out their own HDB flat and with the rental to stay in such self organised retirement village.

This is something I am thinking of for the future if a group of my friends or my siblings by this idea.

At one time this idea is plausible. Nowadays you can see that everyone, led by our leaders, are using more left brain. Retirement village is no longer the flavour. More like highly leveraged enhanced structured Hub maybe. More Good Years
