A paper on proposals to improve the public transport will be handed out.

Haha, good try but I doubt any much impact on policies, even turnout is huge. ERP will still be there and continue to be raised if gahmen wants to.
Gahmen has learnt that in uniquely Singapore,unlike Malaysia, even huge election rallies of opposition does not translate into votes and small turnout does not mean they will lose.
