Invest in ETF without passing a test


A stockbroker has told me that it is possible for a consumer to invest in the ETF without having to pass a difficult test administered by SGX. Here is the way that it can be done. Link

Have stopped buying STI ETF as a form of protest, as we find it so stupid to be told. "You could sell but cannot buy" unless you take that stupid test.
Good to see TKL showing us the way out, we're dead sure the SGX Ceo Magnus has been working very hard behind the scene to circumspect this problem. This is one FT that Singapore got it so right for our country. We like this CEO's guts and can do spirit.
