WOTC - Views on CPF

I asked this question in the Wisdom of the Crowd - What are your views on CPF?

Here are the responses:

67% - It has become too messy with many confusing rules and regulations. 
21% - The interest rate is too low; the government is keeping the profit.
7% - It is a good scheme to provide for housing, medical expenses and retirement.
5% - I prefer CPF contributions by employees to be voluntary.
