WOTC - Increase trading in SGX

How can SGX increase its trading volume?

41 % - Protect small investors by regulating against malpractices.
22 % - Lower listing and trading cost. 
19 % - Allow only well managed companies to list on SGX.
17 % - Introduce a simple screen to show prices on mobile phones, similar to teletext.
