Are there many instances of abuses of process in Singapore?

50 % - The abuse of process is quite common as the power is concentrated within just a few people.
26 % - This occurs quite often. The law is interpreted unfairly to favor the govt.
24 % - It is difficult for the law to be applied fairly when the Attorney General report to the prime minister.
0 % - This occurs rarely. The govt follows the law diligently.
