Mafia saying. Keep your friends close and keep your enemies closer.

Repair and services of Dyson products. They visit your residences for repair. You need not

travel all the way to their centre and carry the item. This shows that they value you as

a customer and are confident of their quality.

Diversity is a dirty word.

Wat is 7 times 6 = 42.

When you have leaders who go everything by the book, the people themselves will become

robotic.

Why your property is not selling?
Is your asking price overly high?
Is your property just next to the main road?
Is the estate run down?
Is the estate too old?
Is the maintenance fee above $500 a month for private properties?
Has your property too large an unusable area like an extra-large balcony or roof-top area?
Does the live-in area have odd-shapes?
Does your unit not have natural light or is too dark?
Is your estate not walking distance to amenities?
Is your block walk-up with no lifts?
Ha ha too much to ask?

When you buy a property for km school enrolment, do check the block that you wanted to buy.

In some condos, they measure by the block nearest. Do not assume that the whole estate is

within the kilometer.

Some civil servants are neither servants nor civil.

With bad laws and good civil servants it's still possible to govern. But with bad civil servants even the best laws can't help.
