Succession planning in Singapore

Read this article.

My view
We need to have leaders who knows the issues that affect ordinary people and not the same elites who are brought up in a sheltered, unreal environment.

66.6% of SIngaporeans support such elites and think that they are indispensable, almost equivalent to god status.

The opposition are also making easy for them to gain power thru their so called "by-election" strategy every GE. It is like half the battle ground have been lost even before the war begin. It may work the first time, but after experiencing failures subsequent so many times later, the opposition need to re-look at such defeatist strategy.
