The question should be rephrased,

Who was the world's highest paid President? But this President was unique,just a figurehead, like the Tua Pek Kong in a Chinese temple, the only time this statue ever moved was to cut ribbons and kiss babies, damn easy job, paid a fee that was a 7 figure sum X 4 times annually X 6 years, in return for keeping mum mum with whatever noises made around him.
Maybe getting senile, had the payment figure sum worked out wrongly.
