WOTC - Real challenges facing the country

I asked this question in the Wisdom of the Crowd:

Is the government dealing with the real challenges facing the country?

Here are the responses: (48 Votes)
94 % - They are not addressing the real issues of jobs, cost of living and CPF and HDB concerns.
4 % - They are dealing with the important issues of running the country.
2 % - They are giving subsidies to help the low income people to cope with the cost of living.
0 % - They are studying measures to protect the values of HDB flats.

Historically, these sectors had been a key indicator that they cannot come out reasons to collect ' big and easy money!' Some patterns just cannot be adjusted to collect ' big and easy money!' Unless they can devise a creative explanation that people are getting good high jobs, cost of living is lower and HDB is affordable, than they would want their high share to collect ' big and easy money !' as they assume the that people are richer. Like shop rental, once they observe that business is good, they will justify putting up the rent. This collection of 'big easy money ' is the only consistencies in all their changing policies. They are now called as the NEW PAP. Some people were saying 'even if they are on fire we should not pee on them. That's their popularity.

When business is good the shop landlord will quickly up the rental. But when business is poor the rental stays the same. Wonder where the landlord get their monkey business from ?
