WOTC - Second Trump Kim summit in Vietnam

The second Trump Kim summit will be held in Vietnam at a much lower budget.

67 % - Singapore spends more than necessary and does not control our budget well.
27 % - The global publicity is temporary. The event is soon forgotten.
4 % - We need to spend adequately to achieve a successful outcome.
2 % - It is all right for Singapore to spend $20 million, as it creates global publicity.
