I am Chinese educated. I read the original script with regret.

There had been communication problem with their depot supervisor, HR Department, Payroll Officer. Whenever Chinese drivers speak, their management likely do not empathy.

Each supervisor from different department just do not co-ordinate to define the problem.

No wise leader help them until China Empassy talked to them. It is too late !

Culture shock is another big problem.

Recommendation:
- recruit driver from non-communist nations.
- foreign driver must be English speaking
- Recall ex-driver and give them incentive to re-join (many of them are driving taxi)
- design shorter shift work for above 55 year old drivers
