A search of the ACRA records will probably disclose that the owners and directors are former MPs or are members of the grassroots organizations under the Peoples' Association.

In a way, I agree with the writer. No such humans as totally innocent. There is a saying, " Be good if you cannot then just make sure you are not caught."
Check out some Independent Schools where huge sums of donation were favoured for some students entry.
Cronyism is definitely there, but it is also something that is not easy to prove?
