Photos of Huangshan, China

Earlier this year, I visited Huangshan in China. I took some photos. They were lying in my digital camera, as I did not have the software to transfer them into my computer.

I learned later, that I could remove the SD card (which contains the photos) and copy them into my notebook computer (which has a SD card reader). It is as easy as using a thumb drive.

My low cost Canon has a usb cable which when connected to xp notebook will wake up a wizard that will allow photos to be copied over to notebook without additional installation.

For laptops without a SD card reader, one can get a multiple card reader for around $10 and insert into the USB port.

Its the size of a thumbdrive. Don't need to use the cable anymore.
