High charges for ILP products

Which insurance companies have the highest charges for ILP products?

You can find the study in Dr. Money's website:

Is the info updated? Because I know for sure that Dr Money's Best bank deposit rates info is not. Or is the ILP charges hardly change, unlike deposit rates?

To David
Years back I took up Income
Star structured deposit with UOB, then after a year or two it changed and managed by another financial company. Eventually, the fund was closed and paid out was given back to investor. Overall, I did not lose money in this structured deposit but got a better return than fixed deposit. Since then, I never dare to venture into this again. Dr. Money's website did not delete this fund, so my conjecture is that this website is not reviewed or updated at all!
