Property agency service for a flat fee favours the richer ones transacting high value properties.E.g. transact a S$150,000 3-room HDB flat for S$1,000, transact a S$3,000,000 bungalow also S$1,000.The responsibility and work rendered by the agent for different property also varies.I'd think that a fairer way should be a flat fee (e.g. S$500) plus a low commission (e.g. 0.5%).
