The HK regulators are really forthcoming to alleviate the suffering of the investors. it is also considering reviewing the selling guidelines .
Will MAS emulate? to try to get the best for the investors? their hard earned money?
Will MAS review the rules of selling for investing in this class of products?
Will MAS review the rules for other financial products, from insurance products to ILPs and UTs?
Will MAS review the ways these products are recommended to the consumers?
Will MAS ban product selling for financial products?
Will MAS remove the "product advice" option from the KYC?

WILL MAS ENFORCE SECTION 27 OF THE FINANCIAL ADVISORY ACT (FAA)?
