WOTC - Listen to feedback

I asked this question in the Wisdom of the Crowd:

Is the government serious about listening to feedback from the people?

Here are the responses:

48 % - They ignore feedback which they do not like.
46 % - They only pretend to listen just for show.
4 % - They are doing their best to listen to the feedback.
2 % - They have an effective channel using grassroots leaders.
