thats a useful template, but as they liken to say its the execution that counts

just to share some tricky experience, i ever came across where a complaint or case raised to an assigned or adhoc department or committee, but key personnel within that department or committee keep changing, very high turnover

a complaint or case might get jammed up even before its heard, or that its continously being heard and then reviewed and then heard and then reviewed again becos each new fellow said he wasnt certain..until he review it again. so does the next fellow after him when he moved on, becos the parties involved with it keeps changing.

or keeps getting changed. wink

who has the FINAL authority to say the buck has to stop passing around, that this has to get done by when. who would exercise that final authority. who would sign on that red letter.

this episode is a good litmus test of what sort of Enforcement fortitude this Little Red Dot has long proclaimed.

Dear Summer,
Just press hard on the CEO or Chairman of the FIs. These million dollar men will not be changed easily. Don't waste time with the thousand dollar men.

Will be useful if the different cluster group co-ordinators prepare this leeter in advance and obtain the signatures this Saturday at Hong Lim Green
