One thing I am not sure Singapore investors have noticed.

We were told and we thought that if there is no credit event happens on maturity, we'll get our principal back (100%).

This is NOT true.

In the Security Notes: "Repayment in full of the principal of our Notes at maturity will be dependent upon the redemption in full of the CDOs and as such the CDOs are a significant component of the risk and return profile our Notes. "

We were all fooled, even on the 100% principal back if no credit event happens.

There are the names of 3 lawyers prepared to handle investors concerns. Are we combining resources for a class action or are we just choosing the lawyer of our choice?

i had been to the law firm for advise i think if thats our last resort we should all join force. i think its no harm going down to the law firm to listen to his advise since it no obligation. After that u can decide what to do next

I have visited the Lawyer Leonard Loo, and found his comments and advice to be very helpful and informative. I think if the FI are not going to help, then as a last resort everyone should join together for a class action. The advice is no obligation and it is worth visiting him to listen to what he has to say.

If the bank wants us to go down legal action path, then let us do it.
