What don't you make it free for all? It would benefit everyone.
A non-profit association is not the same a charity. Helping people with money to invest to get a fair deal is not the same as helping the impoverished or handicapped to survive.
Freebies are often taken for granted.
$36 is nominal. This is to defray the expenses of the association.
I have already signed up with FISCA, but have yet to receive userid and password. When will they be distributed?
Membership has its privileges. So it does not make biz sense to offer value-added services to non-members for free.
