Can this service be used to register replies to a company dinner and dance. Can the reply indicate yes, no and the type of menu? How will it be more convenient than replying by e-mail?

It is easy for your guest to send a reply by SMS to the mobile phone.

All the replies can be downloaded into an Excel spreadsheet. You can use Excel to searcy for the words like "yes" or "no" and "muslim" or "halal".

You will get the mobile phone number of the guests. You can ask them to include their name in the reply.

This saves you a lot of time from sorting out the e-mail replies, which may be overlooked or went into the spam folder.

If there is any information missing, it is easy to call back the mobile phone. It is also a good way to confirm that the reply has been received.

This is also suitable for organising a large event, like a conference or seminar.
