Get experienced people to head the Education Ministry

PM Lee appointed two ministers for the Education Ministry who do not have any experience in this field.
It would have been better for him to appoint experienced people from outside of Parliament. He would have access to a larger pool of people with the expertise and experience.

Biased. If you have people with experience they will be biased. They don't listen to feedback, from civil servants who have more experience.
eg...NEVER never have a doctor to run the health ministry, he will be biased.
Is this the view of 'wisdom of the crowd? It is FOLLY. Folly of the crowd.

I think we can find a doctor who is not impartial and balanced and can run the ministry of health quite well.

Getting inexperienced people to run a ministry has much bigger risk.
