An unexpected death

My father-in-law passed away yesterday morning, from a heart attack. He was 74 years old. His early death was unexpected.

He had always been quite fit and in good shape. He had seen a specialist a few months earlier for a medical checkup. The seriousness of the condition was not detected.

Life is unpredictable.

Of late, there has been many cases of such sudden death. Many a times, the persons involved have gone for a comprehensive medical checkup but nothing was detected. I know of a man who just went for his check up two days prior to his sudden death. Again nothing was detected. I hope the medical authorities can shed more light on this phenomenon. E.g. it will be useful if the profile of these unfortunate persons be documented and shared with the public. E.g. whether they take supplements, their diet, etc could help shed some light. The results can help the rest of us. E.g. if many of these people take Garlic supplements, or COQ10 and still have such heart attacks, then I would not want to waste my money on these supplements.

I just visited a friend, whose husband just passed away from a massive heart attack.

He was 60 years old. He appeared to be fit, although he had a weak heart. The death was sudden and unexpected.

Life is like a time bomb.

Take a day at a time and treasure our loved ones.

Most of us probably are so engrossed with life working and pursuing our career missing out on time and friends and family.
