Oh, they really think the country's Vitamin M belong to them, suka suka
for them to use, and either announce it proudly on the stage, or sneakily hide behind some small print in an obscure small corner in their Newspapers, hoping people won't notice, if it is for only one person.
For the whole Cabinet, can't hide lah, so may as well say it loud and clear.
