Cross selling works wonders

Our consultant at the business center followed up on a customer who bought a low cost term insurance (i-term).

The consultant informed the customer about Enhanced Incomeshield. The customer is convinced about this plan. She took it for herself and her son. She is getting the whole family to join the plan.

Mr Tan,

I submitted my application for conversion (from existing Incomeshield plan B) to Incomeshield Enhance plan in the middle of May. Till today, I am still waiting for my new policy document!!

Theer was a previous posting on your blog about a customer, whose Incomeshield Enhanced plan was processed in 2 weeks.

Does new customer takes priority over existing customers of NTUC Income??

All customers are processed in the same way.

If you still have not got your policy document, you can send an e-mail to me. I will get my service quality officer to check.
