Tiresome protocol on customer service

I want to explain why I describe the customer service of Starhub and DBS Bank to be "terrible".
I suspect that it also applies to many government related companies in Singapore. They seem to follow the same "terrible protocol".


Excellent technical support from Dell computers

 I am delighted with the technical support provided by Dell Computer out of their support center in Penang. It is excellent, compared to the "terrible service" that I get from Starhub and DBS.

Innovation and Competition Act

America should invest on its research and development in key technology sectors, but it does not need to name any country as the target competitor for this effort.
