60 year leasehold property

A 60 year leasehold property in Bukit Timah at $1,500 psf is an attractive price. It is equivalent to a price of $2,100 psf for a 99 year leasehold property.

Now, people are buying what they can afford and paying absurd money for the large interiors due to necessity.

I recently visited a 10-minute EC House for a haircut and was surprised to find the outlet empty. When I inquired about the lack of customers on a weekend, I was told that they didn't know where all the people had gone. I couldn't determine if this was just an issue with this specific outlet or if it was island-wide.

The price for a haircut has gone up from $12 to $14, and now it's at $16. However, there is a $2 discount for those over 65 years old.

Answer: Property and housing could be chaotic caused by the same people, so find foreigners as the scapegoats. Foreigners made up less than 5% of the purchases. Besides foreigners are banned from public and landed housing, so it could not be all foreigner's fault?

Why are there no ABSDs for foreigners and PRs for COEs?
Answer: It could be they are not interested in lowering the COEs as it is a big money collection?

The difference in COE is $42,000 but the difference in car price is $80,000?
