I skywalked with my China friend at Singapore China Town in 1993:
1. Furuma Hotel (2nd Fl)
2. The building annex to Furuma Hotel
3. LTA Overhead Bridge
4.1 People Park Center->OG->People Park Complex->LTA Overhead Bridge--->China Town
4.2 People Park Center->LTA Overhead Bridge->Hong Lim Complex/Hawker center

we have underground walk linking most of MRT stations to shopping malls, in Orchard areas as well as Raffles City via the link to Suntec.
