No proper accounting system

Dear Mr Tan 
I read with much interest on the articles on election, especially on the topics about reserves. I wonder who knows the figures in our reserves. Based on the link below, http://theonlinecitizen.com/2009/02/president-ongs-interview-with-asiaweek-revisited/ it gives me a feeling that there is no proper accounting system and the power of a President. Pls publish this in your blog.
