Survey results - basic taxi service

Conclusion
89% of respondents are unhappy with the taxi service. They prefer the basic taxi service to
be regulated and taxi companies be allowed to operate special service. 44% prefer a fee of
$1 for taxi calling, but 33% finds the current fee of $2.50 to $3.50 to be acceptable.
A high percentage (57%) prefers no surcharge for peak hours but 37% are willing to pay
additional for additional time due to traffic congestion
