Who says Singapore not learning from the Chinese, our country is picking up fast from China, including Hainan, oh how to put citizens under the thumb the Chinese Communist Party way, how to generate GDP growth through property development, Hainan has Sanya Beach, Singapore follows with MBS and RWS casino constructions, and finally Singapore has to deal with asset bubbles, esp property bubble, just like that of China.
We are learning all the bad ways and bad things from China.
