Not I say one. Either we have more mentally ill people around us judging from some incidents that have been captured the country. Or some are so broke that they needed free food & lodging c/o the state. (prison?)

Some people live in private property but complain no job so no money. Expected handouts. Whose fault was it that they have no savings? Whose fault that why they do not sell their private property, pocket the cash and buy resale HBB? Blame everyone but not themselves. Disgusting people. Just like some who cannot afford many many children but refuse to use contraceptives. One race.

Everyone in some parts of their lives will be in between jobs. Its only common cents that people at least have some kind of emergency money for these critical times. If people live tightly but still want some kind upper lifestyle, who are they to blame? What if suddenly you suffer health crises and not able to work for some months. Ask the government for handouts?
