Consider the consequences

 The bad decisions of the insane ministers help to kill the retail business and the malls more quickly and surely.

Husband borrowed $ 250 from wife.

After a few days he again borrowed $250

After few days she asked husband to return the money

When asked how much
Wife said that he owes her
$ 4100.

On request, below is math given by wife.

1) $ 2 5 0
2) $ 2 5 0
——————
$ 4 10 0

Husband is still finding the school where she learned Maths.

Later 👇👇👇

Husband gave her $ 400 back and asked how much balance he has to pay back

She wrote

$ 4 1 0 0
$ 4 0 0
———————
$ 0100

He gave back $ 100

Both lived happily ever after.
Only Maths died ... 😊

Only they can decide that GST is the cause of all the problems, if they can be honest enough.

Not to engage in blamestorming, more business closures will be on the way. Tourist and

shoppers keep away due to costs. GST is not a hyperbole. It might be a cure for their coffers,

but it literally destroys its people and the country. Whoever invents this tax ought to be

sh*t.

GST is compounded in everything that changes hands. It is not just a clean 7%. A payment pyramid downwards. A serious pandemic. 90 billion was spent. Votes only 62%. Says it all? Next
election, they might not be so lucky!

The sink is imported from Italy-7% gst. Contractor buys the sink- 7% gst. Sink installed in the house- homeowner pays 7% for sink. One sink may collect 21% gst. This type of deal which government dun want? Maybe wrong math?

When we were at the brand shops, we saw tourists bringing out their mobile phone, calculating
the exchange rates and cost of the products. This was even before Covid-19. At some eating places and restaurants, people checked out the prices on menus placed at entrances, before walking away. This was before the Covid-19. Business costs went up with GST on rentals, food, Maintenace fees so on and so forth which were then passed on the consumers. Buyers and diners pay more GST when they purchase or eat. Conclusion, everything ends up expensive. Businesses are not charitable organisations.

"This is going to be the ongoing story of our economy. Business will have to transform, and along with them, their employees. But what emerges potentially could be a more exciting landscape," she said. Josephine Teo.

Think she is referring to the government to transform for what its worth.

Restaurants don't rely on ads about their good food. Some have low prices low enough to

attract long queues outside. The customer's waiting does not directly turn into profits for

the restaurants. So why doesn't the restaurant raise prices to eliminate the line? The long

line is sending a signal to the people that it is a good restaurant, worth waiting for,

instead of going across the street. Cost-effective encourages spending to boost the economy.

Exam scores could signal only about aptitude or study habits. Admission on schools is not necessarily a bad thing, based on distance and not on results till after O-levels.
1) Cut time on travelling.
2) Cut money spent on tuition to hopefully more births. Shaping young children having time to explore nature and have a childhood. Taking into account for promising late bloomers to improve the situation.
The change should not be immediate so as for parents and student to adjust?

Make sense?

Enbloc rules- not able to go through in the event that anyone owner loses money in the sales.
All other remaining owners to contribute to pay for the ones who are losing money.🤣

Sellers Stamp Duty- 1st year 12%. 2nd year 8%. 3rd year 4%. Pay to the government regardless of losing a large amount of selling.🤢

Equal chances for those students who cannot afford tuition. Parents, students and schools have a rough indication of the schools they might be going. Cut unnecessary anxiety for everyone. Of course, some extreme kiasu parents would not be happy because they shun their children mixing with other low-income groups. These people are normally the snobs who do not know the meaning of (we the citizens of Singapore pledge ourselves as one united people, regardless of race or religion.)
