It was right for the government to inject money into Singapore Airlines. It is a country's icon, and if and whenever this icon goes down, the world will have an image that Singapore is down and investors and the rich will depart this country.
However, shopping malls and some other kinds of landlords have been collecting rentals ranging from $1000 ~ $500,000 monthly. When conditions are good, rents will keep putting up and always has been. Now that things are down, have they done any liabilities to the tenants?? It had been the tax money to support them besides them having a choice of deferred payment in loans??
It is a sure-win game for them?? Business is a gamble. There will be good and bad times, and we are sure they are rich enough to tide over the crisis even if the rents are to be lowered 50% ?? The rich landlords have to play their part, not the public!!

Protect yourself from
phone impersonation scams.

With the recent rise in phone impersonation scams, it is important that you stay vigilant and keep a lookout for potential scams. Stay alert and safeguard your personal login credentials by recognising phone impersonation scam tactics, so you do not fall prey to them.

Here’s how phone impersonation
scams work.

An impersonator of a bank, government agency, courier or telco company or any technical support team informs you that your internet account has been hacked, or that your subscription has expired.

The impersonator advises you to perform screen sharing as you log in to your account and execute funds transfer in order to catch the fictitious hacker.

During screen sharing, the impersonator will be able to see you input your User ID, password and One-time PIN (OTP).

The impersonator tells you to ignore all SMS alerts, claiming that any amount transferred is used as a ‘bait’ to catch the hacker, and will be refunded.

The impersonator is uncontactable, and the monies would have already been transferred out of your banking accounts.

The effect of our education system:-
In schools, we were taught to answer problems.

The problems to-well sought of forced on-in form of problem sets.

The student's job is to solve them-not change or question them. The students then take the prepackaged and preapproved problem, memorised to spit the right answer.

This approach is widely not a reality. Lives problems are not handed to us fully formed. We need to redefined and find the problems before our education kicks in.

The reason why most ministers cannot solve problems with 3 benefits one simple action. It had always been 10 problematic actions to put a value on 3 miserable benefits eg private and public housing, and the economy etc.
