I would like to seek your advice on NTUC Income MHS scheme which was introduced when you were CEO of Income.
When we purchased the policy, we were told the coverage was till 80 years old. But recently we received a letter from Income informing that they are discontinuing MHS. Can they do that? Isn't it a breach of their promise to cover policy holders till 80 years old?

When people run a business, they have to deal with the whiners, the bureaucracies, and the staff and try to keep afloat with seasonal take-ins. Now things have even become more difficult with the parental extra 10 weeks all bcos of a few crybabies. Thankfully my staff were mostly part- timers on hourly rates.
When the elderly patriarch passed away, the country started to deteriorate.
We better pray that this younger patriarch lives as long as his parents to 90 yrs .
