Visit to Ang Mo Kio Library

I visited Ang Mo Kio Library to read a reference book about SQL Server. I found several books. I stayed at the library for 2 hours. It was quiet, air conditioned and comfortable. The ambience is excellent.

I was able to log into Wireless@SG to access the internet.

These wonderful services are provided free. I wish to encourage people to visit the library, during the non-busy hours and enjoy the facilities.

I think this is the only good thing of our government which is free, regular and good, besides what nature provides.
Can anyone think of anything else which is free, regular and good for all and by government? Hard isn't it?
But actually also not really free, especially those who pay taxes and practically every adult if GST is considered as tax.

This is the first/second time, I visit your blog. And I am just amazed that you still look for technical book like SQL Server? I am an active IT guy, who like Technical Stuff, like .NET, SQL Server, etc. But, I felt if I get older, I think I will getting less interest in this techie knowledge. I also have strong interest in Investment (which is why I visit your blog :)), although still very beginner. So, do drop me email at vm.gunz[at]gmail.com if you want to discuss any technical stuff.
