Decisions of FiDREC

I wish to ask investors who have lodged a complaint with FiDREC and received their decision to share your experience. Do you feel that your side of the issue has been fairly considered by FiDREC?

This will help other investors to decide if they wish to submit their case to FiDREC or to take legal action.

dear Mr Tan

All proceedings before FIDREC are confidential and all complainants sign a confidentiality agreement.

Thank you

The proceedings are confidential, if you accept the findings and sign a non-disclosure statement.

If you do not accept the findings, you are not obliged to observe the confidentiality (unless I am mistaken).

In the worse case, you can still report as follows:

1. I have rejected the findings

2. I have accepted the findings and compensatin

You do not need to disclose the actual details.

I hope that the investors can share the outcome, as it will help the other investors to decide if they wish to lodge the complaint with FIDReC.

As far as I know.....Confidentiality obligation continues in full force and effect after conclusion of process regardless of whether findings, judegemnt...etc accepted or not....
