World trade has dropped a lot. Hence many container and cargo ships are now idle and parked along the southern coast of Singapore. I can see a lot from a highrise in Marine Parade. Never see so many before.

Maybe the PM Office (PMO) is like our southern coast, not for ships but for Ministers without Portfolio!

Wait for the economy to turn around, then the ships will start moving. Ministers in PMO? Will they also move? Or retired?

I have the same view as one of your survey's result comment: "It is incongruent to have some ministers who are holding multiple portfolios and yet to have some with no portfolio."

There so many semi-ministers holding so many portfolios in many ministry. Can they discharge their duties effectively or, more important, is it any good for the people.

Yet, there are so many ministers crowding the PMO. Is this effective ?

Too many Chinese ministers. Should have one from the different races to represent our multi-racial society, isn't it?
