Vancouver is rated the world's most liveable city

I visited Vancouver last year and found it to be a nice city to live in. It has been rated the most liveable city in this report. Seven of the top 10 cities are in Canada and Australia. I hope that Singapore can learn from the lessons to improve the quality of life here.

I doubt vancouver will be any better than S'pore. All these liveable cities survey are biased in favour of western countries. Even cities in western countries that allow people to carry guns can be ranked higher than singapore,how can that be. Maybe they see it as people have better freedom to carry guns so that deserves a higer rating that s'pore
