Dangers of the Internet

I think the danger here is not Internet. What we saw were symptoms of poor education. An education that focuses on producing efficient foot soldiers and work-robots programmed with 5Cs as targets. That is the main danger.

I'd just like to make a general comment Mr Tan. These days you seem to be converting your blog into just a portal pointing to your sister website. It has changed quite dramatically the nature of this blog, in my humble opinion.

Readers are caught in a dilemma shuffling between different sites all the time to look for new ideas and infomation. Surprisingly Temasek Review is also going to do the same thing as you are doing, to have a sister site NewWayangParty whilst maitaining the main blog. So between thet wo of you, i have to serve to 4 different places and probably see overlapping information here and there. Isn't this very retrosgressive?.

By the way, since the link in the easyapps.sg has a column called :category: which is almost always describing "Articles", or "Letters". It doesnt serve any purpose! May i suggest you just change it to "Source" and simply identify the Source of the Thread Article, e.g. TKL, LuckyTanBlog, etc. In that way i can skip reading more quickly if i knew that i had read the post directly in the Source blog before.
