Constitutional rights in Malaysia

The Malaysian judiciary is willing to rule against the Government in its exercise of powers.

Dun talk about Malaysia, even people in Communist China enjoy more democratic rights than Singaporeans.
Absurd that it's deemed illegal to even have a one man protest on the street to voice grievances.
This shows how much our Govt is afraid of its people, resorting to hiding behind the draconian ISA to rule. Suppression of the Constitutional Rights of the people is contrary to democratic doctrines.
They suka suka enact laws and regulations to protect themselves, but for how long, nothing in this world is forever.
Singapore is not North Korea.
